performing U, I injured my leg. At the hospital, they first told me I needed
surgery. After surgery there would be side-effects(probably affecting future

Even so, at the
scene of the accident, Heechul still held on to his responsibility of an
artist. Because he was afraid images of him fainting would be taken, he bore
with the pain and tried hard to remain conscious..To do this, he bit his
tongue, and the blood flowed profusely from the corner of his mouth. When he
had the checkup after the whole incident, Kim Heechul, with tongue nerves
broken, had to undergo stitches. For one week, he was unable to talk.

Yesung hurt his leg while doing the
marathon, and was brought to the hospital, but he came back at the end with
scratches appearing in front of everyone. “I’m fine. I really wanted to finish
this race. I saw them running on TV, and my heart hurts..” – Yesung
On June 18, 2008, Heechul went to the
hospital for an operation. He took out the metal rod that was in his leg for 2
years. “Because I danced too hard two years ago, my metal rod is crooked; it’s
not straight anymore.” The doctor advised Heechul to rest at home.
However, Heechul came to the Xanadu Cast
meeting on crotches. Dancing, roller balding – even if his leg is hurt, he
still has to practice all that. “The metal rod in my leg hasn’t been removed
for all that long, the doctor knows about this musical, and advised me to take
it easy.” “I was really nervous. I felt that I can’t delay or totally ruin the
show.. Even If I fall & break my leg, I’ll drag this broken leg and
continue practicing. For this stage, I’ll continue practicing.” – Heechul

Kangin hyung, but even though his outside seems really tough, he cried a lot

I recall the time when I sent Donghae to his school; I left him in front of the

When I was a trainee, I once
celebrated my birthday in the practice room. After 12 midnight, we wanted to
buy a cake. Everyone followed along. But there were no more cakes left. All the
cake shops were closed. I spent it with everyone, even though there was no cake
but I was moved and I cried. – Kangin
Eunhyuk: At the time of Donghae’s
birthday (2005), we haven’t debuted yet; we were all living in the dorm. At
night, Donghae secretly woke me, Leeteuk, and Kangin. Before waking us up,
Donghae had been in the bathroom preparing for 30 minutes, and then he came
out. “Hyung, Eunhyuk…” Ah, at that time I was still Hyukjae. “Hyukjae, wake

Kangin. And then he gave me tea.. At that time, I was extremely touched… I

Actually, at first, I was worried
too, because there are so many members, I worried if I will be sad. But
surprisingly, after I joined the group, I found that 13 people might have their
own voice and personality, but under our leader Leeteuk hyung’s direction, we
can be reunited and strive toward a common goal. Before, I really wondered if
everyone only thinks about himself. But recently, I’ve truly discovered no one
thought about himself, and instead, they think for the whole group. Everyone
sacrificed himself. Seeing everyone like this, I also truly realized that Super
